I will share updates on efforts to promote inclusion and diversity in astronomy from the European Astornomical Society Advisory Committee on Diversity and Inclusion , and the International Astronomical Union Executive Committee Working Group on Equity and Diversity in Astronomy. I will discuss current activity, implications and connections for Dutch and Belgian Astronomy, and how to become involved or partner with these efforts.
