Accommodation

There is plenty of accommodation in Brussels. We generally recommend the purple-circled area (here below) around the city centre, including Ixelles and Etterbeek, as these areas offer a good mix of hotels and quick connections to the venue.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of recommended hotels at various price points. However, there are many other excellent places to stay in Brussels.

Given that late booking of hotel accomodation in the center of Brussels is very expensive, it is also possible to book a room in a good hotel at a much cheaper price in Louvain-la-Neuve (town hosting UCLouvain, with many restaurants and bars) that is well connected by train to the Etterbeek station close to ULB, or in Genval (for a more quite environment).  Exemple of hotels:

  • Hotel Martin's Louvain-la-Neuve
  • Ibis Styles Louvain-la-Neuve
  • Martin's Manoir in Genval
