Accommodation Information
Accommodation for the CosmicFlows 2025 conference will be at the Tamborine Mountain Glades resort and is included in the full conference package price. In order to foster an inclusive and collaborative environment, we have decided all participants will stay at the resort and are not offering the option for attendees to arrange their own accommodation. In doing so, we have also managed to secure excellent rates compared to that listed on the links below, for some truly great accommodation.
Your registration includes 6 nights of accommodation:
- Check-in: Sunday, February 2
- Check-out: Saturday, February 8 (after breakfast)
All participants are encouraged to arrive on Sunday to settle in before the program begins Monday morning. The conference runs through Friday evening, with participants staying the final night at Tamborine Mountain Glades before departing Saturday morning.
Schedule Overview
- Sunday: Arrival and check-in
- Monday to Friday: Full program of talks and panel discussions
- Friday: Program concludes at 5pm, final night stay at the venue
- Saturday: Breakfast and check-out
