Prices and Availability
We can offer on-campus accommodation at a discounted rate of $100 per night. The rooms are within walking distance (.8 miles, 15min) from the conference venue, in the center of Boston. We have a quota of 100 rooms available. Plenary speakers are given preference, and the rest of the rooms are distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Guest Room Amenities
The rooms are single-occupancy rooms with an in-suite bathroom. All guests will arrive to a bed made with a fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillow, pillowcase and light blanket. Also included is a large towel, a hand towel and a washcloth. The facilities also come with central AC and a Fitness Center. See foto for a room example.
