Description
We investigate the surface tension of cold, dense hadronic matter, composed of baryons and leptons in a state of electric charge neutrality and chemical equilibrium under weak interactions, employing a relativistic mean-field model with the inclusion of interactions mediated by $\sigma$, $\omega$, and $\rho$ mesons.
To account for finite-size effects, we adopt the multiple-reflection expansion (MRE) framework and present our results for various model parameter sets. In particular, we analyze the role of vector interactions and the appearance of hyperons. We also explore the astrophysical consequences of our results.
