近年、「生成系AI」関連の技術が急成長を遂げています。東雲研究所では、このAI技術をLMSに組み込む研究に取り組んでいます。例えば、提出課題で学生から提出されたテキストを分析し、教師が決めた尺度に基づいてAIによる分析を実施させる仕組みの実装を行っています。今回の発表では、LMSとAI技術の組み合わせについて、弊社の取り組みを説明します。
Moodleやビデオ会議サービスなど、様々な教育ツールを用いた教育や学習が行われるようになってきた。そのため、学習活動データは、Moodle上や個人の情報デバイス、インターネットサービス上に蓄積されることになる。我々は、学生自身による学習活動の管理を支援し、学習活動の振り返りが可能な、学習活動データの収集システムの構築を目指している。本発表では、Moodle上に蓄積される学習活動データを、収集システムに集めるための計画、Moodle上に実装する機能について報告する。最終的には、WebAPIに対応した、プラグインまたは機能の開発を進める予定である。
Moodleに埋め込まれた動的幾何ソフトウェアのコンテンツに対し，JavaScriptにより学習者の学習状況ログを取得する手法について報告する。動的幾何ソフトとしては，GeoGebraとCinderellaを例として使用した。学習状況ログとしては，マウス（タッチ）によるコンテンツ操作の時刻や座標，変数値等を取得した。取得したデータはコンテンツ操作の終了時に，Moodleコース内にあらかじめ用意したデータベース・モジュール内へと自動的に保存される実装とした。本実装には斉藤 (2023) を援用した。結果として，本研究の手法を用いることで，管理者権限やプラグイン等を要することなく，動的幾何コンテンツに対するラーニングアナリティクスが可能であることが明らかとなった。これによりコンテンツ改善のための情報が得られるだけでなく，成績等の他の学習データからは得られない学習評価への活用が期待される。
