Transport to and from Karpacz
A bus transfer to and from Karpacz will be provided. It will leave from the Institute of Theoretical Physics at Plac M. Borna 9, 50-204 Wrocław, on Sunday May 19th 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Estimated travel time to Karpacz is about 2 hours. On Saturday May 25th 2024, the bus will leave after breakfast at around 10:00 a.m.

by plane:
The major airport in Wrocław is The Copernicus Airport (https://airport.wroclaw.pl/en/), which is connected well with the city center. There are several flights per day from Warsaw (Poland), Frankfurt and Munich (Germany).
In order to reach the Institute of Theoretical Physics from the Copernicus Airport, you can take:
Public transportation: tickets are available in the ticket machines (biletomat) located at the bus stops or onboard tram/bus using debit or credit card. It would take approximately an hour to reach the Institute, so you will have to buy a one hour ride ticket, which costs 5.2 zł (~1.2 €).
