Google Maps can be used to travel around Krakow, though Jakdojade provides the most up-to-date tram and bus schedules.
Most trams and buses feature a voice announcement system and electronic signs telling the passengers of the vehicle's current and next stop. Most public transport vehicles are low-floor; such a vehicle is marked by a wheelchair symbol on the doors and electronic information boards near bus/tram stops.
Bus and tram tickets can be purchased at stops (using card or cash), on vehicles (with card or cash depending on the vehicle), and via mobile apps like iMKA, mPay, moBiLET, SkyCash, jakdojade, or zbiletem.pl. The public transport operator provides a ticket guide. For the routes mentioned above, a 20-minute ticket is sufficient.
A 7-day tram/bus ticket is available for around 12 EUR (see: ZTP ticket guide). More detailed information on purchasing tickets: ZTP ticket details. Note that there are two types of tickets: "I", which allow travel within city limits, and "I + II + III" tickets, which allow travel outside of city limits, including Krakow Airport and various settlements around Krakow (see "Tariff zones" map here: ZTP maps)
