BNL scientific support has started with new postdoc.  

Need to understand how to argue for DOE scientific support at other institutes. 

Preliminary engineering discussions have started  

-- Focus of engineering discussions is on conceptual design of FLARE, and integration into FPF

    including the FASER2 magnet.  

 

There will be meetings soon to plan for a conceptual design report.  

Timescale for CDR ~ Summer of 2023.  

 

Dedicated technical group has been meeting.
