Registration. The registration procedure is managed by the Integrated Digital Conference (INDICO) system. To register, fill out the form below.
Invitation Letter. Participants that need an invitation letter are kindly asked to require it when filling the registration form.
Registration Fees: Registration fees are the main source of revenue for the IWARA 2024. In this sense, we set rates that cover the costs of running the conference and attract the largest number of participants. The values of the fees are: 260 USD for professors and researchers and 130 USD for students, if registration payment is made by June 2, 2024. For payments at a later date, the costs are: 300 USD for teachers and researchers and 150 USD for students.

Then, to make the payment before the due date of June 2, 2024, you will be contacted by Prof. Carlos Javier Solano Salinas E-mail: csolanos@unmsm.edu.pe. Prof. Solano will inform you how to pay the fees according to the method that best suits you.
Coverage of the Fees: The conference fees will cover coffee breaks, reception cocktail, conference celebration dinner, internet wifi connection, conference proceedings and promotional materials. In addition to these costs, the calculation of fees takes into account the conference venue, equipments, avoiding losses related to online sending money from abroad to Peru, plus bank fees, plus the apportionment differences between the dollar and the soles and also, in some cases, for the payment of percentages to the university for issuing an official voucher.
Payment Methods for Fees: bank transfer, credit card payment or international transfer. Please make your choice in the registration form. Important information: definitive registration to IWARA 2024 and inclusion in the scientific program presupposes the payment of fees. After registering, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. In case you do not receive it, please contact us through the official email iwara24@gmail.com.
During IWARA2024 a one-day tour to Machu Picchu will be scheduled. This trip will be organized by the official tourism and travel agency of the meeting TRANSTREK (see the Accommodation section). Although the trip is organized in a group, with the participation of all those who wish to do so, the participants (and their companions) will have to deal individually with the agency for the acquisition of entrance tickets and bus transportation to Machu Picchu Lost City. Please note that this tour is not covered by the conference fees.
