Description

We investigate a left-right symmetric model obeying $SU(3)_C \otimes SU(2)_L \otimes U(1)_L \otimes SU(2)_R \otimes U(1)_R$ local gauge symmetry. We consider the fermions of full $\bf{27}$-plet of $E_6$. Having one bi-doublet, two doublet and one singlet scalar is necessary for a complete symmetry breaking to Standard Model. Its rich particle sector is one of the reasons behind our interest in this model. We derive lower limits on the masses of some of the heavy exotic particles from the experimental data from LHC. Among them some of the scalars may show interesting signatures at the LHC. From Dark Matter perspective, we discuss the eligibility of two charge neutral heavy fermions present in this model to satisfy the limits from PLANCK and direct detection experiments.
