Description
We have calculated coupling constants of an eta meson with the lowest two nucleon resonances from first constructing a vacuum-to-eta correlation function of the interpolating fields of two nucleons and then taking its matrix elements with respect to a nucleon spinor and/or a nucleon resonance spinor(s). Different matrix elements give rise to different QCD sum rules which have been used to solve for the diagonal as well as non-diagonal coupling constants involving a nucleon resonance(s) and/or a nucleon. We have also checked the stability of our results with respect to variations of different QCD and phenomenological input parameters.
