Description

In the Abelian projection of QCD, it has been proved that every charge (electrical or magnetic) of a dyon screens its own direct potential to which it minimally relates and anti-screens the dual potential, resulting in dual superconductivity in accordance with the generalized Meissner effect. A dual superconductivity and confinement-incorporating Abelian Higgs model has been developed and its string representation has been established in terms of the average of Wilson loops in this QCD Abelian projection. In the context of the restricted chromodynamics (RCD) of the SU(2) and SU(3) gauge theories, the research of monopole condensation and the chromomagnetic superconductivity has been conducted. The monopole current in RCD chromomagnetic superconductors has been determined by constructing the RCD Lagrangian and the partition function for monopoles in terms of string action and the action of the current around the strings. In conclusion it is the coherence length and not the penetration length that governs the monopole density.
