Description
The characterization of sensor is being done in the set up at IIT Madras that includes laser source. The electrical measurements are performed on several silicon pad detectors, the results have been found to be in good agreement with the set up at CERN. First results are reported including the physical verification of the sensors using profilometer, manual probe station, confocal microscope before performing electrical measurements.
