Description
In a hard interaction at the LHC, the partons due to the QCD confinement property hadronize to form jets. The identification of jets and flavor tagging of jets is very important to many physics analyses for precise measurements of the standard model and new resonance searches. The performance studies on identifying the quark and gluon jets using different discriminators and their tagging efficiency are presented.
