This is a part of regular meetings among the collaborating institutes of India who are participating together in the ALICE & STAR experiments. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss physics results, analysis details, detector & upgrade efforts, future roadmap, budget, admission of new institutes and all other matters related to the ALICE and STAR experiment from the Indian group perspective.
