I will present the Next-to-next-to-leading order QCD massive corrections, induced by the top quark, to diphoton production at LHC. This process is an important test of the Standard Model and an interesting framework to evaluate the size of massive corrections at NNLO. All the involved partonic subprocesses are taken into account; in particular the quark annihilation channel, which has required the computation of elliptic two-loop Master Integrals, evaluated using the differential equations method. To this task a semi-analytical approach, based on generalised power series expansion, has been adopted. I will then present a phenomenological study of the impact of these corrections for the invariant mass distribution of the two photons.
