Facilitating CIMER Curriculum

Various parties from UMD, USCMS, and CMS are interested in understanding the best practices for facilitating CIMER (or similar) curriculum. Expert CIMER facilitators from UMD (Blessing Enekwe and Jennifer Aumiller) have kindly agreed to discuss best practices for facilitation. They also have experience with online facilitation and will give a few hints regarding the best ways to maintain engagement over zoom.
