Phan Viet Cuong had worked at the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology before moving to Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute in 2018. He graduated Ph.D. from Paris-Sud University in 2009, during his Ph.D., he participated in the ALTO project for production and studied the structure of exotic nuclei. He also worked for the Extreme Light Infrastructure-Nuclear Physics project for a few years. His current research topics are Geant4 simulation and AI application for medicine.
