Description
With the successful observations and synergies of golbal instruments and observatories, the multi-messenger has shown great ability and potential to solve the mystery of cosmic-ray origin. However, there are still quite some challenges, which may need the next-generation neutrino telescope with better angular resolution and bigger effective area. In this talk, I will present our proposal of the Neutrino Observatory in the Nanhai (NEON) and its current status and future plan.
