Description
List of proposed workshops, teachers will be asked to sign up for three workshop at most. A separate registration form for workshops will be sent to the teachers by the teachers local committee.
- Cavendish experiment (measuring G)
- Millikan oil drop. (obtaining the basic electron charge)
- e/m for electrons.
- Electron diffraction (verifying particle wave duality).
- Video analysis of Galileo's ramp.
- Frank-Hertz experiment (quantization of energy).
- Faraday's rotation (polarization, field induced polarization).
- Visit to Dr. Jacob's lab.
