This meeting is intended to review members interests, discuss recent achievements, and exchange ideas on the future evolution of IUPAP.

Possible discussion topics include:
- Everyone interest for IUPAP.and Terms-of-reference for Standing committee.
- Feedback from IPAC2026, including the Hackathonino WEBPAGE), the IUPAP WG14 Executive Committee Meeting, and related activities (Article to be published on LightSources.org).
- Updates on the IAEA 2nd International Accelerator Conference.
- Opportunities for collaboration with C11 and C12, including the possibility of a joint symposium?
- Other initiatives and priorities relevant to the development of IUPAP and its activities.
