      Meeting Poll

Would like to get a few more responses, Jason will try to solicit a few more. Close out maybe early next week. Jason will be on vacation so Javi will try to choose the time. AI can choose the two dates that accommodate the most people.

At least one block will be Th/Fri at the hour of today's meeting or the prior hour. So this group will meet next in 2 weeks on Oct 1 or 2 in one of those blocks (to be announced by Javi next week).

      Etiquette and Style Guidelines

These docs are from FLAG and g-2, Jason solicited them from Martin as a starting point.

It was agreed that a uniform style is really necessary.

Martin will do a first round of edits and put a guide file into the whitepaper overleaf. People can "suggest" edits to it to be discussed in editing meetings.

Martin also offered to switch already to the Phys Reports style file, which will among other things change to single column format. There was broad agreement that this should happen now. Thank you Martin!

Added by Jason afterwards: in addition to style consistency we should also include guidelines for editing etiquette -- when to edit vs when to suggest changes vs when to contact an editing team in advance, etc.

      Editing Teams

Ovidiu brought up an issue in the conventions for phase space factors, whether they should include V_ud or not. This needs to be coordinated with how the master formula is written. Ovidiu will email the two editing teams involved to discuss the issue.

Moving forward, eventually we will need single points of contact for each editing team, so groups are encouraged to start to identify these.

In future meetings, we will return to stepping through the sections and asking for updates from the various teams.
