Description

Although the simplest extension to the Standard Model (SM), the real singlet scalar offers potential avenues for questions regarding electroweak (EW) baryogenesis due to its effects on the Higgs potential. Additionally, its relative simplicity makes it an advantageous model to analyze. As such, it is a worthwhile extension to pursue. For current LHC results as well as for the HL-LHC, and the HL-LHC and circular or linear $e^−e^+$ colliders, we find limits on di-Higgs rates and the Higgs trilinear coupling.
