This talk presents the development of a cross-staged gantry system for total-body J-PET/CT scanner. The system is designed to integrate total-body J-PET Scanner with a customized CT unit while keeping the patient table fixed. By coordinating PET and CT motion on different axes, the gantry aims to improve mechanical simplicity, spatial registration, and scalability for long axial field-of-view imaging. The talk will briefly cover the system concept, mechanical architecture, motion strategy, and key engineering challenges in alignment, stability, and integration. In this talk, there will also be a short introduction about the expertise of KAMLANCU Nukleer San. ve Tic. A.S.
