Description
The Future Circular Collider in its electron–positron configuration (FCC-ee) offers an exceptional environment for probing physics beyond the Standard Model through high-precision measurements and unprecedented luminosity. One of the targets for BSM searches are axion-like particles (ALPs), which arise naturally in many extensions of the Standard Model and may provide insights into unresolved questions such as the matter of dark matter. This contribution reviews the plans for ALP searches at the FCC-ee and discusses the optimalization of the ALLEGRO detector design for ALP detection.
