Description
Superconductivity has been widely observed in two-dimensional materials and their moiré superlattices. In this talk, I will present our theoretical studies of topological chiral superconductivity in semiconductor-based moiré systems. In twisted bilayer WSe₂, I will present a theoretical phase diagram describing the competition between an antiferromagnetic metal and a chiral d-wave superconductor. In twisted bilayer MoTe₂, I will present a numerical phase diagram featuring fractional Chern insulators, topological charge-density-wave states, and signatures of chiral superconductivity. Together, these results highlight moiré materials as a versatile platform for realizing and exploring unconventional and topological superconductivity.
