Description

In this seminar, I will present MATCHA, a Mathematica package to match ultraviolet (UV) models onto the Higgs Effective Field Theory (HEFT) at leading order. MATCHA systematically extracts the low-energy HEFT couplings from multi-Higgs scattering amplitudes, capturing possible non-decoupling effects. I will describe the methodology based on amplitude-level matching and heavy-mass expansions, and illustrate its implementation through concrete examples. In addition, I will present ongoing studies on possible new physics signatures in double Higgs production at colliders.
