Description
Hadron spectroscopy plays a central role in deepening our understanding of the low-energy and non-perturbative regime of the strong interaction. Excited hadrons can be produced in heavy-hadron decays when kinematically allowed. In such processes, amplitude analysis provides a powerful technique to disentangle contributions from different resonances and to determine their spin-parity quantum numbers by exploiting angular-distribution information. This talk will cover recent results in hadron spectroscopy obtained using amplitude-analysis techniques at LHCb.
