We consider the average null energy condition (ANEC) and its higher-spin generalization and derive bounds on the TTT OPE coefficients in general CFTs, generalizing the Hofman-Maldacena conformal collider bounds. In particular, we consider ANEC and higher-spin ANEC in a mixed system of the stress tensor and the leading spin-4 operator. We obtain bounds on the TTT coefficients in 3D and 4D CFTs as a function of the twist of the leading spin-4 operator and its OPE coefficients.
