Dear NEMOs, welcome to the indico page of the next in person SuperNEMO collaboration meeting which will be held at the Frimley Hall hotel in Surrey, England from Tuesday the 20th of January (arrival at the venue) to Friday the 23rd of January 3:00 pm.
We will hold management meetings and falaise training on the morning of Wednesday the 21st of January, with the main collaboration meeting starting at 2 pm on Wednesday the 21st of January.
If you are not attending the management meetings or falaise training on Wednesday, you can choose to arrive on the evening of Tuesday the 20th of January or the morning of Wednesday the 21st of January - please indicate this during your registration and select the appropriate option for payment.
The registration and payment deadline for the meeting is Friday the 12th of December. The total meeting cost (for all food and accommodation) is:
- £695 for Tuesday 20th - Friday 23rd of January (3 nights) - select option 1 during payment
- £490 for Wednesday 21st - Friday 23rd of January (2 nights) - select option 2 during payment

Dinner will be at 19.00 on Tuesday the 20th and Wednesday the 21st.
The collaboration dinner will be served at 18.30 on Thursday the 22nd, with a special event following the dinner from 20.00 - 22.00.
