  - What format should the session have? -> ECR Poster session (in addition to the one over lunch), invited talks, ECR talks, tutorial, informal talk of the PostDoc prize winner, panel discussion, etc.
  - On a specific topic or in general?
  - How much time are you willing to invest into the organisation? Can you be present at the event?
  - Whether one of you would be able to lead the organisation (I want to step back a bit :-) )
  - Whether we can use this occasion to start advertising (and asking for help for) the potential Swiss FCC ECR event that we should organise
