5-6 September 2025, Bodrum Municipality Herodot Cultural Center, Bodrum/Muğla
Aims and Scope:
The UPHUK-IX congress aims to provide an academic platform for scientists and researchers from Türkiye and abroad to exchange recent advances in particle accelerators and colliders, their applications and sub-systems, accelerator-based light sources (synchrotron radiation and free-electron lasers), dedicated software solutions and AI applications.
The congress encompasses circular and linear accelerators, high energy colliders, accelerator-based 3rd and 4th generation light sources, addressing their physics, design, optimization and applications. UPHUK-IX further covers accelerator sub-systems, software and AI applications and fosters international collaborations and projects between Türkiye and leading worldwide scientific research centers.

No mandatory template is prescribed for oral presentations. Speakers are welcome to prepare and give their talks in the format of their choice.
All poster presentations will remain available on poster boards throughout the congress.
As soon as the congress ends, full texts of the proceedings may have the opportunity to be published, subject to peer review, in the journals listed below:

Refereeing Process: All applications will go through a refereeing process conducted by the Congress Special Issue Editorial Board and the Congress Scientific Board. Final acceptance will depend on referee evaluations and editorial decision.
