Unlock the Power of Data—No Coding Required!

Are you eager to dive into data analytics but feel limited by a lack of programming experience? This hands-on KNIME Workshop is designed just for you! Discover how to build sophisticated data workflows using KNIME (Konstanz Information Miner)—a powerful, open-source platform that makes data access, transformation, analysis, and visualization easy through an intuitive drag-and-drop interface.

Whether you're a student, researcher, or professional, this workshop offers a beginner-friendly path into the world of data science. Absolutely no coding skills are required!

What You Will Learn

Throughout the workshop, you’ll gain practical experience with key concepts and tools in data analytics, including:

  • Navigating the KNIME interface and creating end-to-end workflows

  • Importing, cleaning, and transforming diverse datasets

  • Merging and joining data from multiple sources

  • Performing aggregations and visualizing results effectively

  • Handling date/time formats and using flow variables for dynamic control

  • Building reusable components and introducing logic with flow control nodes

  • Creating basic predictive models using decision trees

  • A gentle introduction to regression and neural network models

All concepts will be taught through real-world examples and hands-on exercises, ensuring that you leave with practical skills and ready-to-use workflows.

Why Attend?

  • Get hands-on experience with a widely-used data analytics platform

  • Learn foundational data science techniques without writing code

  • Work with real-world datasets and examples

  • Receive a certificate of attendance upon completion

  • Take home workflows that you can immediately apply in your academic or professional projects
