how will we check in? Upon arrival, hostel cards will be distributed in R1 area
- how do we check out? Drop the hostel card in a box at the exit of the hostel building, or return to the reception

- How to navigate in CERN Campus? There is a Campus App with a map and other info. 
where we meet for ATLAS tour? the same location in R1 area (to be confirmed)
- where we gather to leave to LHCb site? likely at the bus stop across the street from CERN Meyrin site (to be confirmed)
- where and when we meet to go to Geneva? around 18h30 at the tram stop
