The registration procedure is managed by the Integrated Digital Conference (INDICO) system. To register, fill out the form below. Participants that need an invitation letter are kindly asked to require it when filling the registration form. The registration fees are 300 Euros for in-person participation or 150 Euros for online participation. The conference fee will cover coffee breaks during the meeting sessions. Given the difficulties with the Cuban banking system, we kindly ask for participants to pay in cash at the registration desk (no facilities for payment by credit card are available at the registration desk).
