Your registration is not complete until the registration fee is paid. The fee is waived for
1) invited speakers
2) members of APCTP
3) a limited number of students and junior postdocs approved by the organizing committee [Update: March 28] The selected applicants have been notified individually by email. Due to high demands and limited budget, we no longer accept applications for financial support.
The payment of the registration fee uses a separate system adminstered by the Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics (APCTP). Please use this link.
If you have an accompanying person, and if the person intends to attend the reception or the banquet (or both), please pay the corresponding amount using the payment link. If the person does not plan to attend either of the two events, no extra payment is needed.
[Refund policy] If you have already paid the registration fee but would like to cancel your registration, you may request a refund. The deadline to request a refund is Friday, May 9. Please note that the refund may take several days to process, and a processing fee may be deducted.
