The type-I seesaw is a well-motivated extension of the SM to explain neutrino masses. I will show how introducing minimal additional interactions can enable interesting dark matter (DM) candidates. In some regions of parameter space, the DM abundance is determined only by seesaw parameters and the DM mass. In another, the extremely long DM lifetime is linked to the smallness of neutrino masses. In both cases, the model predicts a neutrino line that could be within reach of current neutrino telescopes.
