Gravitational waves from the non-local Starobinsky inflation

Inflation generically predicts a gravitational wave background originating from quantum fluctuations of the space-time metric. First, I will provide an overview of primordial gravitational waves from inflation. In the latter part of the talk, I will discuss the non-local Starobinsky inflation model, which could predict a blue-tilted spectrum of gravitational waves. I will present how future interferometer experiments help to constrain the model.
