Technical Group Meeting

Meeting attendees:  Bian, Linden, MVD, Denton.  Wenjie Wu,  Bolotnikov,  Resia, 

 

Wenjie has plotted energy deposited in each voxel.  For larger picure, voxel is 2mmx2mmx2mm

for finer picture it is 0.5mm x0.5 mm x 0.5 mm  

 

41 % of the FLARE CC muons reach the FASER2 magnet.  Geometry needs further adjustment.  

 

Wenjie will plot the kinematics of the muons that do not reach.  

 

Wenjie will add a magnetic field to the HADMU.  

 

 

MVD suggested that we need a 20 page FPF document for P5 

 

Yichen and Alexey will work on a single 3D picture.  

 

--  Document needs a cost estimate 

--  Steven has distilled the DUNE ND cost estimate. Needs to know if these are core estimates or US style including labor.  

 

-- MVD will distill the other cost estimates presented at the FPF meeting into a single Spread sheet.
