Submission deadline
We invite submissions for contributed talks and posters.
The Program Committee will review all submitted abstracts and decide whether they will be assigned as oral or poster presentations.
As a general guideline, student presentations will primarily be assigned to the poster presentation, and a Best Poster Award will be organized specifically for students. For information about previous HPNP Best Poster Award Ceremonies, please refer to HPNP2021, HPNP2019, HPNP2017, HPNP2015, and HPNP2013.
To submit an abstract, you are required to use the indico ID, eduGAIN, GitHub, or CERN account(primary or guest)
If you have used your e-mail in the indico system, CERN (Guest accounts) will work.
If your language setting of the indico account is "Japanese" and "Chinese", the "Title" form is mistranslated as "称号・肩書き" and "称谓", respectively. Please fill in the title of your presentation there.
The deadline is 9. March 2025 (JST).
