Investigation of systematics for detection of low energy protons in NoMoS (Neutron Momentum Spectrometer)

In this talk, the status of the investigation of the systematic error budget for NoMoS measurement concept for free neutron beta decay, with a special focus on low energy protons, is presented. Furthermore, updates on the status of the novel detector concept (pLGAD sensor) designed for the detection of low-penetrating particles (<1um in silicon) are also provided.
