Discussion on ECR session at CHIPP Plenary 2024

• What format should the session have? -> ECR Poster session (in addition to the one over lunch), invited talks, ECR talks, tutorial, informal talk of the PostDoc prize winner, panel discussion, etc.
• On a specific topic or in general?
• How much time are you willing to invest into the organisation? Can you be present at the event?
• Whether one of you would be able to lead the organisation (I want to step back a bit :-) )
• Whether we can use this occasion to start advertising (and asking for help for) the potential Swiss FCC ECR event that we should organise

Discussion points:

• Introduction talk: CHIPP, ECFA ECR, Swiss research landscape (5 min, Robert)
• Talk by PostDoc prize winner (10+5) (Marko)
• Talk by recent CERN fellow/SNSF/ERC grant winner (10+5)
• Talk by recently appointed Prof. (10+5) (Robert)
• Someone from SNSF (10+5) (Armin)
• ECR that just left to industry ~ one year ago (10+5)
• All speakers: Panel discussion (30 min) (Marko, Giuseppe)
