There are no registration fees.
Registration and on site presence
Registration will be done via the conference platform.
Visa invitation letters are issued only to confirmed speakers, accepted presenters, invited guests, and verified professional participants affiliated with recognized academic, research, or professional institutions.
Registration alone does not entitle a participant to receive visa-support documentation.
Abstract submission
All submitted contributions (talks, posters) are delivered exclusively on site and must have at least one author present. We recommend that the author who will deliver the talk/present the poster be the one that submits the abstract. We aim to release a decision regarding abstract acceptance within maximum two working days following submission.
Note that logging in or creating an account on indico global is required to submit the abstract.
Peer review publication
Full paper submission for a special issue of the Romanian Astronomical Journal (peer review) will be possible after the conference.
