Description

The X(6900) resonance, originally discovered by the LHCb collaboration and later confirmed by both the ATLAS and CMS experiments, has sparked broad interest in fully-charmed tetraquark states. While the mass spectra and decay properties of fully-heavy tetraquarks have been extensively studied, our knowledge regarding their production mechanisms remains rather limited. In this talk, I will discuss the production of S-wave fully-heavy tetraquarks at various colliders within the nonrelativistic QCD (NRQCD) framework. We predict the differential p_T spectra of various fully-charmed S-wave tetraquarks at the LHC and compare these with results derived from the fragmentation mechanism at the large-p_T limit. Additionally, we explore the production prospects at various electron-ion colliders, as well as electron-positron machines.
