Join us for the Particle and Nuclear physics graduate student retreat 2025 in Hyytiälä!
Key Details:
- Location: Hyytiälä Forest Station
- Eligibility: Open to all graduate students; priority to those starting after January 2024
- Quota: 32 participants (priority to ToPi members)
- Cost: No registration fee, will cover transportation and accommodation from PaNuDoc funds
- Registration Deadline: 24 February 2025
Highlights:
- Student talks, expert keynotes, and workshops on advanced computational and statistical methods
- All students expected to give a 5-minute presentation of their PhD thesis project
- Sauna, networking, and peer collaboration
Logistics:
- Coordinated transport from and to Orivesi train station, aiming also for joint train ticket purchase.
- Meals and lodging included (dietary restrictions accommodated)
