Description

Understanding the strong and weak interactions holds paramount importance in grasping the structure and dynamics of matter at atomic and subatomic levels, thus promoting progress in all areas of physics research.
The aim of the workshop is to gather experimentalists and theorists working on studies of strong and weak interactions in a unique arena. The goal is to discuss selected topics of common interest, including outcomes of ongoing experiments at various facilities worldwide, theoretical approaches, and future activities.
This inaugural workshop also serves as a precursor to a possible series of future meetings dedicated to the study of weak and strong interaction processes, including investigation of physics processes the Standard Model. The purpose is to develop a larger networkingthat attracts and offers training opportunities to young students and researchers to approach current topics of physics at frontier.
The topics of the workshop include: Rare decays; Neutrino properties; Exotic hadronic atoms, Interactions of hadrons and mesons at low energies, Dark matter studies; Physics beyond the Standard Model in hadronic and leptonic processes; Avanced computational tools for investigating fundamental physics processes.
