 UEL MALHEIRO\nThe event will be exclusively in person.\nOur understanding 
 of the origin of the Universe\, of its evolution and the physical laws tha
 t govern its behavior\, as well as on the different states of matter that 
 makes up its evolutionary stage\, reached in recent years levels never bef
 ore imagined. This is due mainly to the new and recent discoveries in astr
 onomy and relativistic astrophysics as well as to experiments on particle 
 and nuclear physics that made the traditional boundaries of knowledge on p
 hysics to be overcome. As a result we have presently a new understanding a
 bout the Universe in its two extreme domains\, the very large and the very
  small: the recognition of the deep connections that exist between quarks 
 and the cosmos.\nThe intimate relationship between quarks and cosmos has m
 otivated the organization of the series of international events known by t
 he acronym IWARA – International Workshop on Astronomy and Relativistic 
 Astrophysics.\nThe event is the 11th in a series of meetings gathering sci
 entists working on astroparticle physics\, cosmology\, gravitation\, nucle
 ar physics\, and related fields. As in previous years\, the IWARA 2024 mee
 ting sessions will consist of exclusively in person invited and contribute
 d talks\, poster sessions\, and will cover recent developments in the foll
 owing topics:\n\nNew phenomena and new states of matter in the Universe\nG
 eneral relativity\, gravitation\, cosmology\nNew directions for general re
 lativity: past\, present and future of general relativity\nFRW cosmologies
 \nCosmic microwave background radiation\nFirst Stars\, hypernovae\, and fa
 int supernovae in the early Universe\nQuantum gravity and quantum cosmolog
 y\nGravity and the unification of fundamental interactions\nSupersymmetry 
 and Inflation\nString theory\nWhite dwarfs\, neutron stars and pulsars\nBl
 ack hole physics and astrophysics\nGamma-ray emission in the Universe\nHig
 h energy cosmic rays\nGravitational waves\nDark energy and dark matter\nSt
 range matter and strange stars\nAntimatter in the Universe\nHigh-energy co
 smic neutrinos\nBlazars\nQuantum chromodynamics\, nuclear and particle phy
 sics and new states of matter in the Universe.\nHeavy ion collisions and 
 the formation of the quark-gluon plasma in heavy ion collisions and in the
  first instants of the Universe\nStrong magnetic fields in the Universe\, 
 strong magnetic fields in compact stars and in galaxies\, ultra-strong mag
 netic fields in neutron star mergers\, quark stars and magnetars\, strong 
 magnetic fields and the cosmic microwave background\nLaboratories\, observ
 atories\, telescopes and other experimental and observational facilities t
 hat will define the future directions of astrophysics\, astronomy\, cosmol
 ogy\, nuclear and astroparticle physics as well as the future of physics a
 t the energy frontiers\, and topics related to these.\n\n \nThe event wil
 l be organized by Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos – UNMSM (Lima
 \, Perú) and the Universidad Nacional de San Antonio Abad del Cusco - UNS
 AAC (Cusco\, Perú).\nDuring the IWARA2024 event\, the Pacha Kutiy Inqa Yu
 panki Prize will be awarded to the top five student contributions of the p
 oster session. Pachacuti was the ninth Sapa Inca (1438–1471) of the King
 dom of Cusco\, which he transformed into the Inca Empire. Most archaeologi
 sts believe that the Inca site of Machu Picchu was built as an estate for
