This workshop will bring together experts and researchers to discuss the latest developments in high-energy particle physics, specifically focusing on quark and lepton flavour physics. The program is designed to facilitate comprehensive discussions on both theoretical and experimental aspects of the field.

Part I: Advanced Lecture Series for Doctoral Students and Postdocs

The first part of the workshop will include a series of in-depth lectures by leading experts. These lectures are aimed at advanced doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows, covering important topics in particle physics, such as:

  • CP violation in B-decays
  • QCD Sum Rules
  • Heavy Quark Effective Theory
  • Introduction to Lattice Gauge Theory
  • QCD in FeynCalc
  • Neutrino mass and mixing
  • Finite temperature Effective Field Theory

Participation and Registration

Participation in the workshop is by invitation only, and there is no registration fee. Doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows are required to apply through the registration page. Doctoral applicants must also arrange for a letter of recommendation to be sent directly to the email address: hep.workshop@iitgn.ac.in
