Description

In recent years, Loop-Tree Duality (LTD) has gained significant attention as a technique for calculating higher-order corrections to scattering processes. LTD converts loop integrals into tree-level-like structures by analytically integrating the energy components of the loop momenta, simplifying the computation of multi-loop amplitudes, and enabling direct cancellation of infrared (IR) singularities. Despite these advantages, no efforts to date have fully demonstrated its potential in collider phenomenology. To explore this, we have developed an automated event generator combining OpenLoops with LTD at NLO. In this seminar, I will introduce the LTD representation for one-loop diagrams, focus on a novel technique that enables local integrand-level IR cancellations in a general and automated way, and present numerical results of this procedure.
